This is for those of you who want to start training and who want to feel safe at the fitness centre! The course is perfect for those who have exercised little, or have never been to a fitness center and want to learn more about strength and endurance training. It is for you who want high quality and effective training from the start. The course also ensures that you will feel safe and comfortable when you train. During the five hours that have been set up, you will learn about training principles, the centre's equipment and facilities as well as simple and concrete tips on how to put together your own training programme.
The course takes place in groups of 6 people. The groups are made up of participants with the same level of experience.
