If you train 3-5 times a week, you put many hours into your training. It is important that this investment of time is not wasted. A great way to check this is body composition. With our body analysis, you can measure whether you are increasing or decreasing in fat percentage and muscle mass, among other things. Maybe you want to lose weight, but the bathroom scale is standing still? Tanita can show what actually happens.
Since menstruation and pregnancy affect the result, we recommend not using Tanita measurements during these periods. A possible new measurement should be taken at the same time, and under the same conditions so that the result is as accurate as possible. We recommend that everyone follow this guide before a measurement, as the measuring equipment is sensitive and there are many factors that affect the result.
