Do you have a little Tour de France rider in you? Or maybe you just want a good workout on the bike seat. This one gets the job done! Here we run high-intensity intervals of varying duration. The content varies from hour to hour, but will consist of three parts. First a warm-up part, then a main part consisting of interval moves and active rest periods. And finally downhill cycling. Are you afraid that this class will be too tough for you? Don't despair! Remember that you can ALWAYS adjust the pace and intensity as you wish!
The class lasts 60 minutes and is suitable for everyone!
