On a spinning bike, you have your own resistance so you can adapt according to your daily form and heart rate zone. The aim is not to drain all energy, but to learn heart rate control, increase form and fitness while it should be a fun and rewarding training session. What the classes have in common is that there is always a warm-up part, a main part and a cool-down part. The instructor must be helpful in setting up the bike correctly, so that the customer gets a good training experience.
