Interval 45
Running is always more fun with others! If you want a good and effective training session, this running session is perfect for you! Here we work on each of our treadmills with an instructor at the front of the room who manages the intervals. The content varies from hour to hour, but will consist of a warm-up part. We then carry out a main part consisting of interval pulls and breaks. Finally, we jog down. Are you afraid that this class is too tough for you? Don't despair! Remember that you can ALWAYS adjust the pace and intensity as you wish.
The class lasts 45 minutes and we have a total interval time of between 15-22 minutes.
